MEET THE FAMILY

Pastor Matt Francis

Pastor Matt is a California native who came to West Virginia to play football at Shepherd University. He met his wife Misty at Shepherd, and they married after college. They have four amazing kids Makenzie, Marah, Mattie, and Matthew.

Pastor Matt enjoys being with his family, engaging in biblical studies, playing worship music, and sport shooting.

Pastor Matt has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Shepherd University and a Master’s in Ministry, with a concentration in Practical Theology from Ohio Christian University.

Pastor Misty Francis

Pastor of Family Ministries, Women’s Ministry, Outreach, and Head of Finance

Misty is a proud West Virginia Native, born and raised in Martinsburg.  She enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and gleaning from Bible Studies.  Misty is married to Pastor Matt, and they have four beautiful children.             

Misty has a bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University in Education and has worked in Berkeley County Schools since 1999. She also has two master’s Degrees from Liberty University in Pastoral Counseling and Marriage, Family and Adolescent Counseling. Misty currently works at Martinsburg High School as the Community in School’s Coordinator and Social Worker.
